When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone number, age, university, program start date, US state, and waiver status. For contact messages we also store your subject line and message.
2. How we use it
We use this information solely to match you with waiver-compliant insurance plans, to share relevant quotes from US-licensed carriers you have asked to be matched with, and to respond to your inquiries. We do not sell your data.
3. Sharing with carriers
When you choose to proceed with a specific plan, we share the minimum information the carrier needs to issue your policy. Each carrier handles your data under its own privacy policy from that point forward.
4. Storage and retention
Your information is stored on encrypted servers. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, subject to record-keeping obligations under applicable insurance regulations.
